Christmas play at James's school, Santa (with Stephen)

James's school put on a Christmas play, like they do every year.  After the kids were done singing songs and acting, there was a visit from Santa, and while the big kids (4/5-year-olds) were busy snacking and socializing, we took an opportunity to introduce Stephen to Santa:
